Ray and Roberta Temple have been raising Border Collies for over 30 years for ranching. A few years ago we started trialing. Last year Ray won MSSA Reserve Intermediate Cattle Dog with his first trial trained dog, home bred, raised and trained. He also won MSSA Intermediate Ultimate Stockdog with the female we bought for our breeding program RCC Gin. The only Intermediate dog to complete 3 Cattle and 3 Sheep runs with full point runs. Now he is competing successfully in the Open Division. Our goal is to raise user friendly dogs tough and savvy enough to be cattle ranch dogs, versatile enough to work sheep and still be able to trial.
