Anyone can call themselves a working stockdog breeder. Anyone can print a certificate. Verified is how a rancher two states away tells the difference.
We check that you are who you say you are, that your litters are registered with the association you claim, and that your pups come out of working parents. We don't rate your dogs. Free listings can be verified and no tier gates the badge.
Start with an account
Verification belongs to your breeder or trainer profile, so you'll need an account and a profile before we can check anything. Both are free and the whole thing takes about ten minutes.
- Create your account, or log in if you already have one.
- Fill in your profile. Near the bottom there's a box that says apply for WCC Verified. Tick it and add a video link.
- We check your registration and get back to you by email.
What we confirm
- You are who you say you are
- A valid kennel name with the association you claim
- That you register your litters with it
- The date of your last litter
- The parent lineage of the pups
What we don't
- Judge the quality of any dog
- Guarantee a sale, a dog, or an outcome
- Replace your own due diligence
